Educational & Insurance Disclosure

Effective September 1, 2026

Platform operator

Scorveta is operated by Gareth Donoho as a sole proprietorship and provides the technology layer used for these assessments, conversations, and lead-routing tools.

Educational purpose

Scorveta-powered assessments, results, labels, sliders, indexes, summaries, and AI conversations are designed to help organize information and identify topics that may be worth discussing. They are educational tools, not determinations of financial health, insurance need, product suitability, underwriting eligibility, or approval.

Avery is an AI-powered assistant

Avery is an artificial-intelligence-powered assistant used to answer general questions, collect information you choose to share, organize conversation context, and help prepare a handoff to a person when requested.

Avery is not acting as your licensed insurance producer, financial adviser, attorney, tax professional, or accountant. AI-generated information may contain errors or omit important facts.

No coverage or suitability determination

An assessment result does not establish how much life insurance you need, whether existing coverage is adequate, whether you qualify for coverage, what premium you would pay, or whether any particular policy or strategy is suitable for you.

Scores, ratings, and indexes

Any numerical score, alignment rating, protection snapshot, gap index, slider, or similar indicator is generated only from the limited answers provided in that experience. It is intended to make the information easier to understand and should not be treated as a professional recommendation or actuarial measurement.

Life insurance and cash-value concepts

Life-insurance products differ substantially. Permanent policies may include cash value, policy loans, guarantees, non-guaranteed elements, expenses, surrender provisions, and other contractual terms. Policy loans generally accrue interest and may reduce available cash value and death benefits; excessive loans or a policy lapse can have additional consequences.

Indexed universal life policies do not mean that the policy owner directly invests in a stock-market index. Interest-crediting methods, caps, participation rates, floors, charges, and other terms depend on the specific contract.

“Infinite Banking” and debt-related strategies

“Infinite Banking” is a strategy commonly associated with the use of specially designed cash-value life insurance. It is not a bank account, does not eliminate the cost of borrowing, and does not guarantee wealth or a particular financial outcome.

Debt-related programs or strategies may use budgeting, cash flow, insurance values, policy loans, repayment methods, or other techniques. Results depend on individual circumstances, product design, interest rates, fees, repayment behavior, and other factors. A Scorveta result does not determine that a debt strategy is appropriate.

Licensed-professional follow-up

If you request contact, your information may be reviewed by Scorveta, a participating insurance agency, an independent licensed insurance agent, or another licensed insurance professional involved in the requested follow-up. That person or business may ask additional questions before discussing any specific insurance product, illustration, premium, or recommendation.

Lead routing and participating professionals

A Scorveta-powered experience may route a requested follow-up to one or more participating insurance agencies, independent licensed insurance agents, or other licensed insurance professionals. Scorveta is the technology layer that helps organize and pass along the information you choose to provide; it should not be understood as guaranteeing which professional will ultimately assist you.

Carrier and state differences

Insurance products, underwriting rules, availability, features, and licensing vary by carrier and state. Nothing on a Scorveta-powered page guarantees that a product described generally is available where you live.

Tax and legal considerations

General references to tax treatment are not tax or legal advice. Tax treatment can depend on policy structure, funding, withdrawals, loans, modified endowment contract status, lapse, surrender, and individual circumstances. Consult qualified tax or legal professionals when appropriate.
