Who operates Scorveta

Scorveta is operated by Gareth Donoho as a sole proprietorship. Scorveta is the technology and lead-generation platform name used for these services.

Overview

Scorveta provides technology that powers assessments, AI-assisted conversations, lead-capture experiences, and related follow-up tools. Some experiences may be presented directly by Scorveta, while others may be offered on behalf of or white-labeled for an independent business, agency, or licensed professional.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected through a Scorveta-powered experience, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, you may choose to provide information such as:

  • answers to assessments or questionnaires;
  • messages you send in an AI-assisted conversation;
  • your first and last name;
  • phone number and email address;
  • information you voluntarily share about your goals, household, insurance, debt, financial priorities, or other circumstances; and
  • your choices regarding follow-up or communications.

You should not provide Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, passwords, full policy numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the general chat unless a separate secure process specifically requests it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, a Scorveta-powered experience may receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, timestamps, page interactions, campaign or referral parameters, and basic diagnostic information. If analytics or advertising technologies are added, this policy should be updated to describe those technologies and any choices available to you.

How information may be used

Information may be used to:

  • provide and personalize assessments and AI-assisted conversations;
  • generate educational snapshots or summaries based on information you provide;
  • remember conversation context during your session;
  • prepare a summary for a business or professional when you ask to be contacted;
  • respond to your questions or requested follow-up;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform;
  • measure traffic, campaign performance, and lead quality; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

Conversation quality review

Scorveta may retain and review assessment and AI-conversation activity, including conversations that do not result in a lead submission, to troubleshoot errors, measure response times, identify confusing or unsuccessful conversation paths, improve Avery, and maintain platform quality and security.

Where practical, obvious phone numbers and email addresses are redacted from the separate quality-audit record. These quality-review records are not treated as lead submissions and are not used by themselves as permission to contact you.

AI-assisted processing

Scorveta uses artificial intelligence to help generate conversational responses, summarize information, and organize information you voluntarily provide. Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by technology service providers that help operate that feature.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as a binding insurance recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, underwriting decision, or eligibility determination.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared in limited circumstances, including:

  • Requested follow-up. If you ask to connect with someone, relevant assessment answers, conversation details, and contact information may be shared with one or more participating insurance agencies, independent licensed insurance agents, other licensed insurance professionals, or service providers involved in the follow-up you requested.
  • Service providers. Vendors may process information to provide hosting, databases, AI functionality, communications, analytics, security, or other technology services.
  • Legal and safety reasons. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or protect the platform.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Who may contact you

Depending on the experience and the routing of your request, follow-up may come from Scorveta, a participating insurance agency, an independent licensed insurance agent, or another licensed insurance professional. The purpose of that contact should relate to the results, questions, or follow-up you requested.

Scorveta does not intend this language to authorize unrelated marketing by an unlimited or undisclosed group of companies.

Contact and communication choices

Providing information in an assessment or chat does not by itself authorize marketing calls, texts, or emails. When follow-up permission is requested, a single clear consent may authorize Scorveta and/or participating insurance agencies, independent licensed insurance agents, or other licensed insurance professionals to contact you about the topics you asked about by live phone call, text, or email, including automated or AI-assisted text/email messages where permitted. This general consent is not intended to authorize prerecorded or artificial-voice telemarketing calls by an unidentified future seller.

You may ask the business contacting you to stop future calls, texts, or emails. Additional opt-out rights may apply under federal or state law and under the specific communication channel being used.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the business receiving the lead.

Conversation quality-audit records may be retained for a limited period appropriate for troubleshooting, quality assurance, security, and product improvement, after which they may be deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards may be used to protect information. No internet transmission, database, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to submit online.

Children

Scorveta-powered consumer assessment and lead-generation experiences are intended for adults age 18 and older and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to the business handling your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of certain personal information. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.

White-labeled or partner experiences

A Scorveta-powered experience may be presented for another business or may route a requested follow-up to participating insurance agencies, independent licensed insurance agents, or other licensed insurance professionals. Those parties may have their own privacy policies and may be independently responsible for how they use your information after receiving a requested handoff. Where practical, the business or category of professional receiving the request should be identified in the contact-consent experience.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the platform, vendors, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above should be updated when material changes are made.
