Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026

Operator

Scorveta is operated by Gareth Donoho as a sole proprietorship.

Acceptance of these terms

By using a Scorveta-powered website, assessment, AI-assisted conversation, or related feature, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adults only

Consumer assessment and lead-generation features are intended for individuals age 18 or older. By using those features, you represent that you are at least 18.

Educational technology service

Scorveta provides technology that organizes information, generates educational snapshots, powers AI-assisted conversations, and helps users request contact from businesses or professionals.

Scorveta does not itself create insurance coverage, bind coverage, approve an application, determine underwriting eligibility, guarantee rates, guarantee policy performance, or guarantee that any product or strategy is suitable for you.

No professional advice from the website or AI assistant

Website content, scores, labels, assessment results, AI responses, and summaries are general educational information. They are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed insurance professional, attorney, tax professional, investment adviser, accountant, or other qualified professional.

Insurance products and strategies

Insurance availability, features, premiums, underwriting, guarantees, non-guaranteed values, policy loans, cash values, index-crediting methods, riders, and tax treatment depend on the specific policy, carrier, state, underwriting, funding, and individual circumstances.

References to concepts such as permanent life insurance, cash-value life insurance, indexed universal life, whole life, final expense, debt strategies, or “Infinite Banking” describe topics that may be discussed with a licensed professional and do not mean that any particular product or strategy is appropriate for you.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or provide incomplete information. Do not rely on the AI assistant for emergency decisions, binding financial decisions, legal conclusions, tax conclusions, or insurance eligibility determinations.

User-provided information

You are responsible for the information you choose to provide and for reviewing it for accuracy. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share.

Contact requests

Starting an assessment or chat does not automatically authorize marketing contact. When you request follow-up, the applicable contact-consent language will be presented separately. Your request may be routed to Scorveta, a participating insurance agency, an independent licensed insurance agent, or another licensed insurance professional. Any party receiving your request may have its own terms, privacy policy, licensing obligations, and communication practices.

Automated and AI-assisted follow-up

The follow-up consent presented on a Scorveta-powered form may include live phone calls, text messages, email, and automated or AI-assisted text/email messages in a single clear consent statement. That general consent does not authorize prerecorded or artificial-voice telemarketing calls by an unidentified future seller. A seller that intends to use those calls should obtain the written permission required for that seller and communication method.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate law or the rights of another person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • introduce malware, automated abuse, scraping, or disruptive traffic;
  • misrepresent your identity or authority to provide information; or
  • use the platform to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or unavailable from time to time. Features that depend on third-party providers, including AI services, may experience interruptions.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of responsibility

Scorveta is not responsible for decisions made solely from an assessment score, AI-generated response, or educational snapshot. The final relationship between a consumer and an independent agency, producer, carrier, or other professional is governed by that party’s own obligations and applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date should be updated when material changes are made.
